Join Food Explorers to make homemade Chocolate Fudge Pop-Tarts!
You’ll be making a chocolate ganache filling, chocolate pastry and chocolate glaze completely from scratch.
You’ll need a rolling pin and the following ingredients:
heavy cream, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, flour, sugar, powdered sugar and 1.5 sticks of butter.
Registration begins June 1 in person or by calling 508-699-0122 during open hours (9:30 am - 7 pm).
Class is limited to 10 households/users over Zoom.
