Introduce your child to the wonderful world of reading at an early age! Register him or her for our 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program. 

To register, visit the library's children room and provide your child's name and age. Any child who has not yet entered kindergarten can participate.  You will receive a reading log with 100 bubbles to fill in for each book that you read, or reread, to your child. 

Once the log is complete, return with your child to the library to receive a sticker, a nameplate for our wall display, and your next log. Repeat these steps. 

Upon program completion (1000 books read), your child will receive a certificate and a special present. Children must finish 1000 books before the first day of kindergarten.
