The Friends of Richards Memorial Library is a non-profit organization that supports the programs and activities of the Library through sponsorship of programs and by supplying volunteers. 

The Friends held their first book sale since 2019 this October in the library's meeting room, raising an impressive $1,500 through book sales, raffle tickets, and donations to support the library!

Thank you to everyone who donated books, attended the sale, and volunteered their time, as well as to the library staff for their support in making this event a success. A special thank you to An Unlikely Story for graciously donating items for our raffle basket!

The Friends are always looking for new members! If you're interested in getting involved, we'd love to have you join us. Email friendsofrml118@gmail.com for more information.

Save the Dates for these upcoming Friends activities:

November 17, 2026: Join us for our semi-annual meeting at noon.  Another raffle basket will be available in November.

April 2027: Our Spring Book Sale is planned for April. Stay tuned for more details!
